I just wanted to thank you so much for our sessions, Mandy! I feel 3 stone lighter and 3 feet taller! A lot seems to be ‘going in’ without me needing to think about it – hope that makes sense?
I seem to want to focus on the powerful words: ‘choice, love, compassion and trust and the desire to feel it all instead of thinking, thinking, thinking!! This is working! I am feeling so much calmer yet excited somehow and most importantly – feeling good in my own heart and skin.
